Sabina and Damir are great coaches. Their training is the best if you want to make changes in your life. They say things that you need to hear to start your transformation. Maybe it seems a bit harsh sometimes but in the end its truly what you need to hear to start transforming the negative thoughts and emotions into positive. They are very supportive, kind and helpful. The numerology analysis helped me better understand who I am. It described me perfectly, and on top of that, it made me aware of certain things I had never noticed before   It truly feels like a powerful starting point for working on yourself.

With every single thing, I was like — yes, this is really me! The analysis gave me a great starting point for personal growth and future decisions.

I’ve be on the change journey for almost two years now dealing with all sort of stuff. Anxiety, depression, ocd thinking you name it. I was a nervous wreck. Even though I managed to settle the symptoms of all that I didn’t get the change and results I wanted. Things got a bit better but I was on same spot. 

Out of nowhere I came across Joy coaching. Didn’t think much of it at first, but boy oh boy was I in for a treat.  I’ve been doing things pretty much alone so far in my life. Never asked for help. Turns out that, it was actually the missing link that I needed the most. I work mostly with my beautyful mentor Damir who is just the right mixture of fun and serious bringing valuable support that I need everyday and together with Sabina they are just energy powerhouse. Few weeks in and me and my life is turning around in all the different aspects. When you least expect it, the universe sends you exactly what you need most at that moment. That’s how, four years ago, it sent Damir and Sabina into my life.

With their support, knowledge, and approach, they helped me become more aware, calm, and connected with myself. They taught me how to better understand my emotions and guide them in a calmer way.

If before, in stressful moments, I would yell or get angry at my daughters, today I no longer do that.

Instead, I listen to them, explain things to them, and try to guide them with more patience and understanding.

Sabina and Damir came into my life exactly when I needed support the most. Everything around me had fallen apart. I was in deep depression, my body trembled with anxiety, a 10-year relationship had ended, after that, I found myself in a highly toxic and manipulative relationship, where I experienced physical abuse. I felt lost, without financial security, direction, confidence, my relationship with my children was marked by shouting and disconnection. I had no energy left, and no real will to live.

For a long time, I lived in the role of a victim, blaming others for my unhappiness. For years, I lived with a tightness in my chest and an ongoing anticipation that something bad was about to happen. It was as if my body and mind were always preparing for the next wave of difficulty, never allowing me to truly rest or feel safe. I would not trade my past experiences, because they led me to them, and ultimately to the freedom I feel today. 

Before working with them, I had already invested a lot of time and money in personal growth. Reading books, attending workshops, searching for answers. Yet I could not truly see myself, nor translate knowledge into real change. 

With their guidance, I began taking real, practical steps. I consciously started working on my patterns and beliefs, and slowly I found clarity, inner peace, strength, and the ability to build myself and life itself. Today, this is not just a phase, it is my way of life. And it truly works. What once felt impossible is now becoming my reality. I am calm. I smile. I feel joy. I am becoming a role model for my children. I follow my inner truth. I have goals and a clear direction. All of this seemed unimaginable when we first sat together for that very first coffee. Today, it is steadily becoming my life.

The greatest realization was that the key to change had always been within me.
